We have a large network of trained PAPSERS to ensure the flawless execution of our courier missions and satisfy the demands of our clients. We also maintain a multimodal fleet of scooters, mini-vans, vans and trucks, which enables us to scale the particularities and expectations relating to each mission and of each Paps client.

Through pooled and scheduled shipments, we also offer you the possibility of sending your parcels, letters or goods at unbeatable prices.

How it works

User experience is our top priority. The clean and contemporary interface of Impeka is the premium in ensuring your seamless user navigation and journey from start to finish.

You make a detailed request via our MyPaps platform or a quote.

Our operations team schedules the collection of the package, mail or merchandise from you

Our Papser will pick up the package, mail or merchandise

Your shipment dispatch is scheduled by our operations team

When a delivery request is made before 11:00 am, the package is dispatched the same day. However, when the request is made after 11:00 am, the package is dispatched the morning of the next day.

The different stages of this procedure are visible to you the sender, on our MY PAPS platform. The recipient of the parcel also receives an update by SMS at each stage of the delivery. You, the sender, can view each step of this process on our MY PAPS platform. Additionally, each step of the delivery process includes an SMS update for the parcel's recipient as well.
