When a delivery request is made before 11:00 am, the package is dispatched the same day. However, when the request is made after 11:00 am, the package is dispatched the morning of the next day.
The different stages of this procedure are visible to you the sender, on our MY PAPS platform. The recipient of the parcel also receives an update by SMS at each stage of the delivery. You, the sender, can view each step of this process on our MY PAPS platform. Additionally, each step of the delivery process includes an SMS update for the parcel's recipient as well.
